Wow, i went to work today to Export the weekly payroll and  the Weekly Operations Report to my Head Office. Before I left work,  I found these really good Ginger Snap Cookies.They are really good with butter and Hot Chocolate! We sell these at the supermarket if anyone is interested in buying. I kinda like them with butter or margaine on top. You can eat them like that or just plain! They are made right here in Canada!
