Cranberry Chicken

This recipe i am serving to my guest tonight! I know they will enjoy! I cooked it several times before and it was very tasty! Give it a try yourself!
3/4 cup carrot chopped
3/4 cup onion chopped
i can cranberry sauce
1/2 hickory bbq sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
2tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried crushed chillies
6 chicken legs back attached
1 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
put carrot and onion in 4 to 5 quart slow cooker
combine next 7 ingredients in med bowl
sprinkle both sides of chicken with next 3 ingredients
arrange 3 chciken legs over the veggies
spoon 1/2 the cranberry mixture over chicken
repeat with remaining chicken and sauce
cook covered covered on low for 6-7 hrs or on high for 3.5 hrs
Serve on serving dish. spoon veggies around the chicken. skim and discard fat from sauce. serve sauce on the side. garnish chicken and veggies with parsley. Serves 6 friends.
