See ya Later!

Well Cheryl left today! On her way to Fort Smitty in the NWT. Wow, where did the last 6 months go! It seems like yesterday when she walked into our store all full of wonder and excitment, probably thinking to herself-"what the heck have I got myself into" .  she graduated from her DMIT course with honors and left a huge void in our store and our lives as she heads toward another Northern Experience. I've never had any other transient DMIT/MIT who made such a positive impact in the store and  my personal life. It was refreshing to have someone to talk shop with after hours. Someone who really fucn understood me! That's rare in my retail world.Someone who really gets it! Someone who understands the power of communication. Someone who understand the importance of building a strong team of capable employees. Someone who clearly demonstrates one of our core principles-Passion-commits to doing great work! Finally someone else  who gets it! All  the best to you Cheryl. It was a great pleasure working with you and thank you  for being a part of our lives. Will miss your gourmet dinner parties and your gastronomical delights.  Keep her going girl!
